    Residential Conveyancing Paralegal at a Firm in Stirling

    This opportunity is for a skilled Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to become a valuable part of a respected firm located in Stirling. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing. They need to be capable of handling their caseload efficiently as the firm is in a growth phase, seeking an individual who can proactively contribute to the team.

    Day to Day Responsibilities:

    • Organizing clients' files for property transactions.
    • Collaborating with paralegals from different locations to ensure fair workload distribution.
    • Providing cost estimates to clients and managing billing procedures.
    • Using case management systems and legal tech confidently to optimize workflows.
    • Handling post-exchange tasks such as property registrations.
    • Drafting and negotiating transactional documents with precision.
    • Assisting in preparing client correspondence and legal paperwork.
    • Participating in regular paralegal meetings for caseload reviews and career growth.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
    • Capability to independently manage a full caseload.
    • Proficiency in case management systems and legal tech tools.
    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
    • Excellent drafting and negotiating abilities.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
