We are looking for Assistant Home Care Managers who care about making every moment matter.

A n Assistant Home Care Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the management of Care at Home .
This will involve providing flexible services to people living in the community based on assessed need.This role has a focus on the promotion of integration and settlement of international workers within the Adult Social Care workforce and the wider Scottish Borders.
C ontribute to the management and delivery of high-quality care and support at home in line with SSSC Codes of Practice and National Care Standards.
Foster an inclusive culture within the team.Promote the health and well-being of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way.
To respond to requests for service provision, during the out of hours period, and to meet required service specifications based on individual need, as part/all of a care package.
