Description
Job PurposeThe post holder will be responsible for the delivery of Fire Risk Assessments to approximately 10,500tenanted homes, 240 corporate and commercial operational Council owned properties, 8 high rise towerblocks, 90 medium rise blocks of flats and 500 low rise blocks of flats.
Working in partnership with Asbestos Manager, Building Services Engineer and Facilities Manager tomaintain the Council's Statutory Compliance.Key Accountabilities
