- Managing important client accounts
- Ensure all client needs, queries and enquiries are met in a timely manner
- Updating all activity on the CRM
- Identify and capitalise on any opportunities to increase business and improve service provided to clients
- Ensure invoices and any paperwork are raised accurately and processed on time
- Maintain client accounts, client portals and KPI metrics
- Ensure your own KPIs are met
- Be a point of escalation for any issues
- Experience managing Key Accounts
- Motivated, energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
