BANK IVF Laboratory Admin Assistant

What you'll do:

Scan and upload treatment sheets on the centres database system (Meditex)
Prepare and check treatment laboratory sheets (and labels) for consents and blood screening results
Upload billing details into the computer/spreadsheet systems on a daily basis
Ensuring treatment cycles/sample movements are reported to the HFEA (using PRISM)
Coordinating/assist the embryology team with the transfer of embryos and sperm between clinics in the UK and internationally
Coordinate/assist the embryology team with the import of donor sperm from international donor banks
Organise the dispatch of frozen samples for genetic testing/DNA fragmentation and return of shippers following delivery of samples.
To complete any other duties as requested by the Laboratory Manager.

What you'll bring:

Previous office experience preferably in a gynaecology or fertility setting
Experience of appointment bookings
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
