BANK IVF Laboratory Admin Assistant

What you'll do:
- Scan and upload treatment sheets on the centres database system (Meditex)
- Prepare and check treatment laboratory sheets (and labels) for consents and blood screening results
- Upload billing details into the computer/spreadsheet systems on a daily basis
- Ensuring treatment cycles/sample movements are reported to the HFEA (using PRISM)
- Coordinating/assist the embryology team with the transfer of embryos and sperm between clinics in the UK and internationally
- Coordinate/assist the embryology team with the import of donor sperm from international donor banks
- Organise the dispatch of frozen samples for genetic testing/DNA fragmentation and return of shippers following delivery of samples.
- To complete any other duties as requested by the Laboratory Manager.
What you'll bring:
- Previous office experience preferably in a gynaecology or fertility setting
- Experience of appointment bookings
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
