We are Made with Love Bridal, an Australian luxury bridal brand known for our effortlessly chic, quality, and distinctly personable bridal experience. We are an internationally recognised, family-owned business with six MWL boutiques and more than 160 Stockists worldwide.

We are looking for a Sales Advisor and Admin Assistant for our MWL Manchester Flagship Boutique We are looking for a passionate, motivated & highly organised person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure & is passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service.

This role is part-time, 2-4 days a week (including at least one weekend day), with a competitive salary for the right candidate. More hours may also be available for the right candidate.

What you will be doing:

• Conducting one-on-one bridal appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our brides daily.
• Developing genuine relationships with each bride.
• Providing outstanding after-sales service to our brides via email and phone.
• Ensuring the boutique always has exceptional presentation, including cleanliness and merchandising.
• Managing appointment bookings and general boutique administration.
• Achieving sales targets and managing overall boutique sales.

About you:

• You are meticulous with impeccable attention to detail
• A strong passion for fashion and bridal
• Experience in a retail environment (luxury or bridal experience is a plus)
• Have a passion for making the bride's dreams become a reality
• Results-driven and sales-oriented with a proven track record of success

The Important bits:

• Part-time, 2-3 days a week (Saturday or Sundays are a must)
• Boutique based in the Northern Quarters, Manchester, UK
