Description

A successful multi-disciplinary health and safety consultancy based in Swansea who operate throughout the South West of England and Wales, are looking to appoint an experienced CDM Advisor to deliver CDM Advisory and a Principal Designer service on a broadportfolio of projects.

This new and exciting opportunity would suit someone local to the Swansea area who is looking to remain within that South West corner of the UK, practicing their expertise on local construction projects from new build to refurb and fitout.

The Successful CDM Advisor

The successful CDM Advisor should hold the following:

NEBOSH General and Construction Certificate

IOSH membership

TechIOSH or higher
Membership of the Association of Project Safety (APS) preferred
1 Year minimum CDM and Consultancy experience
Organised, Driven Character able to manage own diary.

In Return?

Basic salary of up to £55,000 per annum
Car Allowance of up to 10% of annual wage
Company Pension Scheme
25 days annual leave Ability to sell or buy a select amount of additional days
Discretionary bonus paid annually based on personal and company performance
