- Place purchase and expedite orders to fulfil MRP and project demand.
- Maintain MRP purchase order information.
- Visit suppliers and conduct supplier reviews and audits
- Identify and source alternative components as required
- Verify that BOM is correct and enter new workflows into the ERP system
- Review and maintain purchase orders
- Evaluate current and prospective vendors to ensure best cost, quality, delivery and value
- Support data analysis and MI reporting.

A growing Manufacturing organisation are currently seeking a Buyer to join their friendly and established team. Your responsibilities in the role of Buyer include:
Suitable candidate will have previous Procurement / Purchasing / Buying experience from the Manufacturing industry and will have the ability to understand technical engineering drawings.
You will have worked with ERP systems in the past and will have strong Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint experience.
