    Description
  • To take responsibility and act as a key member within the PJM Enterprise team.
  • Lead Cost and Commercial Management service offering including Capital Planning, Capex Management, Governance and Assurance duties for the allocated client account.
  • Duties include assessing Client's existing process and playbooks and come up with improved process proposal, carry out implementation, governance, and ongoing management.
  • Determine any potential opportunities and efficiencies in client's capital plan and provide strategic advice.
  • Take lead in building Client's bespoke benchmarking and cost model, challenge cost efficiencies.
  • Act as the main client interface, delivering on client objectives, and adding value to the service offering where allocated.
  • Interacts regularly with client(s) to ensure that goals and objectives are established and achieved. Develops and implements action plans to correct variances. Anticipates and responds to the clients needs and concerns.
  • Responsible for fee budgeting, actual results, forecasting and reporting on relevant client account. Responsible for billing (including documentation required for revenue recognition), accounts receivable (AR) collection.
  • Actively managing and coaching colleagues from Assistant to Manager levels team members and positively influencing the direction of growth of the up-coming talent.
  • Manages team member to ensures thorough understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures. Formally supervises individual employees allocated.
  • Develops new business growth and maintains existing business relationships. Responsible for business pursuits, integration with other CBRE business lines, and cross-selling our CBRE business in the assigned geographic market, program or client account to achieve the companys strategic business objectives.
  • Exhibits understanding of companys corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports to the client and company.
  • Participates in civic and business organizations. Conducts and maintains relationships with industry and trade associates, vendors, and professional organizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements
  • Experience in managing cost & commercial management, assurance & governance, capital planning, and capex management beneficial.
  • Progressive experience and/or training in cost and commercial management covering both pre and post contract.
  • Awareness of different form of contracts.
  • Strong adaptability to fit in variable roles / client accounts.
  • Ability to step back for a bigger picture and apply strategic viewpoint.
  • Ability and stamina to understand, expertly/effectively handle and analyse large data with confidence
  • Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex business documents.
  • Ability to write reports, manuals, presentation and articles using distinctive style.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on related topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
