Senior Client Services Officer - Private Banking

London

The Role:


An opportunity has arisen with our client, a well-respected Private Bank who aim to provide their clients with the best in international private banking and wealth management.


The Senior Client Services Officer will join a high performing team and will assist the Client Relationship Officers with banking and client-related administration including but not limited to: transfers and payments, foreign exchange, monitoring and fixingof bank deposits and processing of purchases and securities sales.


Responsibilities of the role:


  • Liaise with CROs to assess client's financial objectives, risk appetite advising them on suitable investment strategies.
  • Run valuations on client portfolios when requested.
  • Speak with clients regarding correspondence, diaries, fillings and expenses.
  • Assist in the preparation of and attend client meetings.
  • Maintain marketing information and support targeted activities as required.
  • Generate and distribute Banking reports via the internal systems for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Liaise internally across the business regarding account openings, client reviews, account monitoring and more.
