Description

A global leader in delivering fund and corporate services, are currently searching for a Fund Accounting Manager.

In this role, you will play a critical role in the success of our business and report directly to the Associate Director, Fund Services.

Responsiblefor overseeing the administration of a portfolio of fund accounting clients who are primarily private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds or special purpose vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Client Management
Ensure a consistent, highlevel of client service delivery across client portfolios

People Management

Ensure that the team is supervised, directed and engaged in daytoday work

Operational Development

Work with the team to ensure procedures and controls are consistently adhered to

Business Development

Assist management in building the fund accounting service offering in the UK by contributing to proposaldrafting, fee estimations and resource considerations

Skills Required:

ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
Have 5+ years of relevant working experience in fund services and at least 2 years of experience as people leader
Accurate, flexible, handson and deliver top quality work to tight deadlines
Have a commercial outlook and an appreciation of the importance of risk, compliance and regulation
Have proven people leader skills with a focus on enabling staff individually to reach full potential as well as the team as a whole
