Description
We are looking for a Cook for a large, state of the art retail facility near the Trafford Centre.

This would someone who is passionate about food and loves a challenge.

Skills required;
Hands-on experience with the ability to work with varied kitchen appliances.
Good communication skills to run a small kitchen team.
To be self-motivated team player with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to design appropriate menus.
Ability to produce food within cost effective pricing.
Skills in waste control, health safety & hygiene practices, ordering produce, stock control.

This a part time position, Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.

Salary = £15000 per annum, with 22 days holiday entitlement.

This position is unique, and a permanent contract.
