    Description

    Are you someone with leadership skills looking for a new opportunity in the social care sector? Do you have a passion for guiding and supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations? If so, we have an exciting position available as a Team Leader to join our established Connect 1 service in Glasgow.

    About the role

    We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Connect 1 Service, offering a wide range of support to individuals with physical and learning disabilities.

    At Glasgow Connect, we are dedicated to providing person-centered services, ensuring that the aspirations of those we support are at the core of our practices and service delivery.

    Our goal is to challenge and redefine societal norms, promoting fairness and inclusivity to provide everyone with equal opportunities to thrive and fulfill their potential.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of the service, maintaining compliance with organizational tasks, and delivering top-notch care and support.

    As a Team Leader, you will oversee your schedule and support hours, with guidance from Project Managers.

    This is a full-time permanent position requiring 39 hours per week.
