- Reviewing the current Risk Policy suite and other non-risk policies and Codes pan-Quilter to form a unified Policy Framework, which aligns with Quilter's revised risk categorisation model and risk profile.
- Developing new simplified policy and underlying standard/procedures templates.
- Liaising with policy and standard owners and specialists to review and write the content of those polices and standards that sit within the unified policy framework.
- Preparing and presenting updated policies to Management and Board Committees for approval.
- Developing a new annual policy attestation process.
- In support of some policies, reviewing and enhancing existing mandatory computer based training modules, as well as developing content for new modules where appropriate.
- Significant experience gained within large scale, multinational financial services firm(s) and regulatory context.
- Significant experience and knowledge of risk management framework best practice, methodologies and emerging practice.
- You will have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and have a proactive mindset to lead activity and support the business in streamlining and enhancing elements of Quilter's Risk Management Framework.

This is a Fixed Term Contract role responsible for leading the review and enhancements to elements of Quilter's Risk Management Framework. This role sits within the Affluent Risk Monitoring and Oversight team. You will work alongside our Risk and Compliance colleagues across the Risk function and interface with a variety of stakeholders across the Quilter business, including ExCo members. This roles requires significant knowledge and experience of Risk Management Frameworks within a financial services firm. It would suit someone with good senior and executive level stakeholder management skills and who enjoys reviewing and writing risk documentation.About the Role
