At present we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated solicitor who has a wealth of experience in conveyancing. Should you be successful you will play a pivotal role managing a plethora of residential as well as commercial property transactions and providing legal guidance to the client along the way.

Your day to day:

• Manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on property law matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to each transaction.

What we need from you:

• Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
• Proven experience in handling residential and commercial property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
