- Create production work instructions, DFM, Make/buy, Capex, and PFMEA. This is to aid in an effective and efficient build process.
- Own, plan, drive, and complete Manufacturing Engineer deliverables in readiness for NPI stage gate reviews, continuous improvement, or work transfer projects.
- Utilise Continuous Improvement methodologies and operating systems, 5S, std work, VSM, kaizen, change management, TPM, SPC, and Gauge R&R.Key skills required for the NPI Manufacturing Engineering role:
- Candidates should possess a Manufacturing Engineering degree or circa 3 plus years of relevant experience.

Several NPI Manufacturing Engineers are required by a global Manufacturing client of ours who is going through a period of rapid growth currently and is at the forefront of their industry.
The successful candidate will own the timely completion of all manufacturing engineering deliverables for either new product implementation (NPI) projects or distributed manufacturing projects.
This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £ £50,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications plus bonus and benefits.
