We are looking for highly motivated professionals with an understanding of cloud-based and Software as a Service solutions to join our Professional Services department.

Successful candidates will be vibrant individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can work with our front and back-office teams and with our channel partners globally to realize every opportunity for providing value to our customers.

The Junior Consultant is responsible for working with the regional Professional Services team on all post sales activities with Asite's customers while also working closely with the App Builder, Development and Support teams to ensure that the customers' needs are being met and their users maintain the highest levels of satisfaction on the system and the services provided.

Additionally, the Junior Consultant is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the customers projects on the Asite platform and oversee and manage the initial rollout of the system within the customers' organisation.

Manage all post-sales activity for Asite's customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution.

• Where required assist with new Asite customer implementation.
• Ensure that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment, change management and adoption programs.
• Help to make Asite's platform a part of each customer's core architecture.
• Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Asite can continue to improve our service.
