The Company
Our client is a market leader on the FMCG sector. Due to growth, they now require a Production Supervisor to work on a 3-shift system.


The Role

  • Managing a tram of around 30 staff.
  • Working across 3 shifts.
  • Responsible for people and safety first and foremost.
  • Strict focus on quality, competitive advantage and continual improvement meeting customer needs and requirements.
  • Maintain highest standards of Safety and Workplace Management.
  • Drive capacity, service and quality improvement projects.
  • Manage resource needs (training and development of team).
  • Attend production/management and project meetings.
  • Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork throughout the site.
  • Support all continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support environmental, sustainability and waste management activity.
  • Prepare, maintain and improve delivery schedule.

The Person

  • Must have previous management experience with FMCG or automotive manufacturing.
  • Will be happy to work 3 shift.
  • Strong Leadership skills, keen to develop and drive improvement.
  • Personal organisational and time management skills.
  • An ability to work under pressure and flexible to business demands.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving KPI's.
  • Excellent communication skills.
