Description

Marham House is a specially designed, purpose-built luxury care home providing 24-hour residential and dementia care in an elegant and state-of-the-art setting.

Comfort, care, safety and security have all been built into Marham House, to provide continual support for our VIP residents (all of our residents are VIP's).


As a Night Team Leader, you will play an integral role within the care home by ensuring care plans are followed and the resident night routines are completed as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

You will be expected to oversee the night shift, supervising a team of Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants with the aim of ensuring our residents are safe and well cared for until a new day begins.


This position comes with a high level of responsibility so you will need to have the ability to manage and lead a team and make decisions in the best interest of our residents throughout the night, seeking assistance when required.

You will have previous leadership experience in a senior/management position within a residential setting.


We are looking for someone who has an upbeat personality, a happy disposition, self-motivation, the ability to encourage others to provide the best night care service possible.

You will become part of the care home family and let's be honest, YOU are what makes our home a great place to live and work


You will be required to work from 20.00 to 08.00 and will be expected to work three on and three shifts off on a rolling rota basis.

This equates to an average of 42 hours per week in total.
