Research Officer (Philanthropy and Engagement).

About the Role:

You will support the fundraising team by developing alumni engagement for specific prospects and projects; monitor the progress of fundraising and engagement approaches and recommend appropriate follow-up.

Through research you will identify potential donors and supporters for priority projects, and engagement with alumni, as identified in the University's Corporate Plan and other projects as required.


About You:

You will be a creative and resourceful researcher with relevant experience working in a research role, in a fundraising or market research or similar environment.

In addition, you will be fully competent in the use of research methodology and research resources, including experience of desk research and the use of online resources.

You will be analytical with the ability to interpret research in a concise and informative way, ensuring that it is relevant and accurate and that the level of information provided is appropriate. At Queen's our people are at the heart of everything we do.
