Great Bear are looking for a Shift Manager. You will be responsible for managingteams within the Warehouse whilst motivating employees on shift.


Shifts:
4 on 4 off - 18:00-06:00
Communicating regularly with Team Leaders/Senior Managers regarding any issues that may arise within the warehouse.
Manage the team's performance in line with KPI's as required.

Adhere to Hygiene policy ensuring that the companies waste management program is adhered too and that we remain BRC compliant.

Ensure that is adequate support for the picking, marshalling, cleaning, goods-in, pallet checking teams at all times.
Strong interpersonal, conciliation skills and the capacity to network with suppliers and customers.
Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns.
PC Literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience in a packing, or e-commerce operation would be advantageous
