Barnes Roffe Recruitment has partnered with a leading wholesaler and distributor who are looking for a Customer Service / Technical Advisor to join their friendly team - someone who is technically minded and experienced in customer services.

Duties include:

Communicating with clients and delivering technical advice on the company's products
Work with products specifications and technical documentation
To provide management information and reports
Assisting the business to maintain accurate and uptodate product information for all ranges

Experience required:

Ability to work in a fastpaced role
Able to communicate internally and externally and deliver technical information confidently
Be articulate and able to multitask
Strong organisation and writing skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
