Macquarie's Commodities & Global Markets Group is expanding its Risk Culture & Supervision team and looking for a Vice President to join, to be based in London.

Commodities & Global Markets recognises that risk culture, effective supervision and good behaviour are key to its on-going success. Risk Culture & Supervision is Commodities & Global Markets's specialist, first-line of defence team, dedicated to this criticalrisk area.

The Risk Culture & Supervision team work directly with Commodities & Global Markets global management team, front office supervisors, first-line business operational risk managers, specialist second-line risk, and other support functions to enhancethe existing supervisory tools and control suite, as well as Commodities & Global Markets conduct-related processes.

In this role, you will be key in driving the delivery of various supervision, conduct and risk culture initiatives across CGM's global operations, including business process improvements, regulatory change, framework and standard design or enhancement, to deliveron automation, simplification, and governance.

You will generate insightful and nuanced risk culture and supervision reporting, workshop insights to identify future areas of focus, assist in the ongoing monitoring of those areas, and provide targeted support.


To be successful in this role, you will be 'hands on' and have:

- strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong, effective relationships to drive effective change and influence at all levels
- the ability to work independently and efficiently in a geographically dispersed team with global stakeholders
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to flex and adapt your approach based on the initiative and stakeholder base
- experience in the end-to-end project management of initiatives.


Prior experience in management consulting, non-financial risk transformation and conduct / behavioural risk or risk culture, and/or other regulatory projects will be highly regarded.
