- Work to identify any shortfalls in staffing and optimal periods to allocate training and advise the relevant parties
- Work closely with other teams to evaluate ongoing crew training needs and ensure these are scheduled in an efficient and cost effective way
- You will also provide a link to the Recruitment Team to provide insight into annual requirements and schedule new joiner timescales
- Be an excellent communicator and a positive and supportive team member
- You will thrive on working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a "can do" attitude
- Resource planning experience would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
