    Store Manager - The North Face - Wembley, London

    Do you have a passion for influencing the consumer experience in a retail environment?

    We are searching for an exceptional Store Manager to join our team at The North Face store in Wembley, London.

    As a Store Manager, your role will involve leading and supporting a team, while also taking initiative to boost sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, motivate, and guide your store teams to prioritize customer satisfaction
    • Implement and improve retail processes effectively
    • Manage essential retail operations including inventory and P&L
    • Analyze performance metrics and utilize KPIs to optimize store outcomes
    • Maintain the store's visual appeal according to brand guidelines

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for customer interaction and providing exceptional service
    • Ability to mentor and develop a team towards shared goals and high standards
    • Experience in store operations, budgeting, and merchandising
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
    • Flexibility to work varied shifts when required
