We are currently looking to expand our team in UK with an Operations Specialist with an entrepreneurial mindset and keen interest in joining a FinTech Start up.

What will you be doing?BAUMonitor post-execution trade flows, ensure all bookings and cancellations are captured and processed in a timely manner.

Process payments both on platform and bank / custodian portals, manage any exposure relating to client balances from a pre-funding and settlement basis.

Manage settlement cycles, ensure all trades are settled as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Reconcile daily transactions and assets positions, identify and clear any breaks within the same business day.

Rebalance LPs and house accounts, monitor limits granted to these accounts and liaise with the Risk team if any adjustments are required.

Handle internal business issues and external client queries, make sure our services meet their needs.
Fails management – escalate any fail trades and work with Trading and Risk teams to cover positions.
Produce daily and monthly reports / KRIs to internal stakeholders.
Manage platform user's permissions and perform internal user set-ups in Operations systems.
Work closely with colleagues in the Trading business to process complex transactions and solve operational problems.
Manage operational risk, assist in risk management, conduct revenue analysis.
ProjectParticipate in company re-engineering projects, including new process testing and improvement.
Identify control gaps, introduce solutions, and document procedures to help develop Operation's guidelines.
