    Elevation Recruitment are seeking an exceptional International Account Manager to join our innovative client based in Sheffield

    As an International Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our international operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued clients across the globe.

    Role & Responsibilities:
    Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
    Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of projects.
    Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximise opportunities for growth and expansion.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address client requirements.
    Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.


    Skills & Experience:
    Fluency in English and at least one other European language (French, Italian German, Spanish, etc.).
    Proven experience in international sales or account management within the engineering or related industry, desirable.
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
    Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with a results-oriented mindset.
    Adaptability and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
