    Part Time/ Permanent contract(22.We have an exciting opportunity available to join the Nottingham School of Art & Design as a part time School Administration Officer , based at our City Campus with a mix of on campus and remote home working on offer.

    As a School Administration Officer you will be a senior member of theteamwith responsibilityfor managing designated staff members, administrative operations and processes,and leading on projects and initiativesto support the School in achieving its strategic and operational goals.

    Under the direction and guidance fromthe School Administration Managerand Head of Operations, you will take ownership fordata management and reporting, policy implementation and review, and the coordination of key administrative functions and processes within the School.

    You will helpensurethe effective provision across the School of all student and course-related administration activities, and will develop and operationalise plans in support of the student experience.

    You will influence, negotiate, and collaborate with a wide networkof academic and professional services colleagues across the School and University.

    You will also have knowledge of quality assurance processes and experience of delivering customer focussed business improvements.
