Your unique contribution


The Customer Services Administrator is responsible for the accurate input of orders into our system in a timely manner, confirming orders with customers, and providing customers with delivery dates and estimated delivery times.

From time to time you will provide customers with advice about out-of-stock lines and alternative products available.


You'll also:

  • Communicate with all clients in a professional and helpful manner
  • Support Account Managers with simple customer requests and administrative tasks to ensure all customer enquiries are met and a high level of service is delivered
  • Developing strong working relationships with key operational contacts in the business, including credit control, supply chain, warehouse staff, and delivery drivers
  • To manage relevant Logistics Queries, aim to find solutions quickly and costeffectively, and share learnings to ensure best practice in future.

Your blend of talent

  • Strong administrative skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • IT skills; Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook including system inputting
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • A professional and friendly manner with the ability to build rapport
  • The ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
  • Proactivity, reliability and a 'cando' attitude
