A successful B2B agency based in Hertfordshire has a fantastic opportunity for Junior Creative to work on brand and campaign strategy and content solutions across all forms of communication including; web, email, social, digital and print advertising, DM campaigns, exhibition and sales collateral


Role Overview:

Whether you are a recent graduate with star potential or have a year or so of experience under your belt, they are looking for raw talent and a passion for creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for various projects, from print materials to digital campaigns.
Work closely with senior creatives to bring concepts to life and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
Utilize creative typography techniques to enhance visual impact and storytelling.
Demonstrate proficiency in simple animation, particularly for short-form social media content (e.g., 15-second animations).
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team to generate innovative solutions.
Adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to meet client objectives and expectations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and creative output.


Qualifications:
A portfolio showcasing polished conceptual ideas and creative work across print and digital platforms.
Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic knowledge of animation principles and experience creating short-form animations is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward tackling new challenges.
