    • ole Overview: As the Service/Small Works Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supervising the service team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining client relationships. You'll oversee maintenance contracts and small works projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
    • b>Expectations:
    • 5+ years of service managerial experience in the security systems industry
    • Security knowledge and experience, including Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance, and Intruder Detection
    • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
    • b>Key Duties:
    • Support the Operations Manager with surveys, planning, and coordinating small works and service contracts
    • Managerial duties on both Installation and Maintenance Contracts across our portfolio of clients throughout EMEA
    • Liaise and support clients over the phone, via email, and in-person
    • Arrange and attend regular meetings with Service Contract Clients
    • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing estimates/quotations
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
    • ‍ Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of service managerial experience in the security systems industry
    • Security knowledge and experience, including Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance, and Intruder Detection
    • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
