Are you an experienced and driven IT professional with a passion for customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership and make a real impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Services Coordinator to join a reputable company in West Drayton.

Our client is seeking an assertive and proactive individual to sit within their Customer Service Team and ensure the successful management and optimisation of IT hardware assets throughout their lifetime.


Key Responsibilities:
As the IT Services Coordinator, you will be a pivotal link between the company and end customers


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the call management and service functions with clients and internal teams.
  • Creating and administering service tickets and maintaining essential milestones within defined SLAs using ITSM platforms.
  • Managing client reporting and providing timely updates on service delivery.
  • Attending regular customer calls to offer service delivery updates.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for escalations, administration, and support queries.
  • Providing support for all administrative duties and tasks within the lifecycle process, including ticket monitoring and queue management.
  • Creating and delivering service reports on both scheduled and adhoc basis.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service administration environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with stock management and replenishments.
  • Comfortable briefing technical teams on IT matters.
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Previous exposure to IT service delivery (IT managed services background is desirable).
