    Description

    Prima Systems are specialist in the design, supply and installation of commercial glazing and fenestration systems for aluminium and uPVC windows, doors and curtain walling throughout the South East.

    The role will involve working with the technical sales & commercial team to develop new business opportunities, through the acquisition of new clients and developing long term relationships through account management.

    The Business Development Manager will help develop & promote an evolving commercial strategy, through engagement with existing and prospecting of future customers.

    Part time applications will also be considered.

    Duties will include:

    • Responsible for developing and securing new business for the company via multiple revenue streams and frameworks.
    • Create, maintain and grow relationships with customers
    • Ensure the business is being actively promoted to the market
    • Customer and market analysis
    • Analyse customer performance through investigation of current volumes and revenue streams looking for opportunities to grow.
    • Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients both face-to-face and virtually
    • Drive organisational and personal presence, through networking and social media.
    • Attending networking and supply chain events
    • Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the business
    • Working alongside our technical sales team to write, create and deliver first class proposals.

    Necessary Skills

    • Highly competent Business Development professional with experience in the relevant BD field, coupled with customer focus and experience of the construction industry
    • Marketing experience developing and implementing proposals in a highly commercial environment
    • Strong background in relationship management
    • Resilient and driven to exceed targets and creatively solve problems
    • Passionate about growth and innovations
    • Analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from statistical and market data
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate (verbally and written)
    • Full driving licence

    Package:

    • Starting Salary £45,000 - £50,000
