We have an excellent opportunity working for a well-established, ambitious and growing organisation within the Commercial Property Maintenance sector.

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our ambitious client, on a permanent basis attheir Sheffield office.


Along with being the key point of contact for customers and their accounts, you will lead a team in ensuring the best service is provided at all times.


You Will:

  • Deliver excellent customer services whilst ensuring job budgets, SLAs & KPIs are realised.
  • Deal with work orders in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner ensuring work volume parameters are met.
  • Be responsible for individual client orders throughout the lifecycle of the work order from initial receipt through to billing responsibilities.
  • Process client work orders from initial receipt to invoice.
  • Confirming attendance appointments with internal schedulers to achieve specified SLA.
  • Issue purchase order to subcontractors, confirm receipt, ETA, followup progress and validate documentation.
  • Provide updates to clients and renegotiate Kip's /attendance where necessary.
  • Administer budget uplifts.
  • Perform billing function duties ensuring work orders are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Updating the internal workflow management system ensuring data provides realtime progress information.
  • Attend client facing meetings.
  • Provide other CSA's with the support they need to improve.
  • Conduct 121's and back to works.
  • Set a good example by ensuring to take part all Customer Service functions.

You Will Need:

  • Proven experience within the Customer Market Sector.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • 2 years' experience as Team Leader.
