This really is a unique and exciting opportunity to join one of the best Property groups in the South West in one of their South Hams offices as either an experienced or trainee Business & Finance Manager.

This is a rare opportunity with a highly competitivesalary, depending on level of experience, in the region of £25-45,000 per annum.

Our client is a highly reputable firm covering Estate Agency, Lettings & Property Management, Agricultural & Professional Services. An opportunity has become available to join them either as a graduate or existing Business & Finance Manager. The latter couldeven be at director level for the right person.

The role would suit someone with either a maths, accountancy or business degree if graduate level or if at senior level the applicant would need accountancy qualifications as the role is heavily finance orientated.

The role will be covering:

Company finances and accounting including rent accounts and reconciliation.
End of year company accounts and tax filing
Payroll
Dealing with any legal issues
Company HR
Dealing with insurance renewals and claims
Following and dealing with the company complaints procedure
Managing cash income and banking
Office visits and staff queries
Managing and solving IT issues
Holding and attending board meetings
GDPR
Other related matters as required.
