Purovets have an exciting opportunity for a small animal veterinary surgeon to join a friendly, independent, family-owned practice based in Worcestershire. They are a RCVS-accredited and dog friendly accredited team of 6 vets, including a small animal certificate holder, 7 RVNs and an excellent support team. They are a well-equipped practice including ultrasound, digital x-ray (inc digital dental), endoscopy, laser, piped gases and in-practice lab. They are the only practice in the area to offer 24 hour on-site OOH/on-call emergency care, making them a very popular choice with the local client base. They strive to provide the best clinical care and service to their clients and pets, and they are looking for an experienced and confident vet who is also passionate about this. Good communication skills with both clients and within the team is key, and full or part-time hours can be considered for the right candidate. You should be comfortable with 15 minute consults and the odd sole charge in the evenings. You will have allocated op days that ensure a good mix of surgery and consulting. Kidderminster enjoys robust transport connections, with a well-connected railway station serving the West Midlands.
