Role Overview


We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join our passionate and driven team based on our client sites in Devon and Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Have the daytoday responsibility for quality performance on the various contract with respect to cleaning.
  • Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
  • Respond to any reasonable request of the company or clients.
  • Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure all sites are covered and that the roster delivers the client requirements within budget.

About You:


  • Able to prioritise effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organised and detail conscious.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong personal integrity and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership style with a focus on supporting and developing employees and colleagues.
  • Taking responsibility for the area and proactive attitude toward problemsolving.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet customer or business needs.
  • Ability to travel from site to site as required to meet the needs of the business.
  • Flexible to undertake cleaning activities to support their team.
