Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join our passionate and driven team based on our client sites in Devon and Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities:
- Have the daytoday responsibility for quality performance on the various contract with respect to cleaning.
- Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
- Respond to any reasonable request of the company or clients.
- Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure all sites are covered and that the roster delivers the client requirements within budget.
About You:
- Able to prioritise effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
- Highly organised and detail conscious.
- Ability to demonstrate strong personal integrity and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong leadership style with a focus on supporting and developing employees and colleagues.
- Taking responsibility for the area and proactive attitude toward problemsolving.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet customer or business needs.
- Ability to travel from site to site as required to meet the needs of the business.
- Flexible to undertake cleaning activities to support their team.
