Are you a Customer Service Executive looking to join a well-established business supplying one of the industry's leading brands which is an innovator with their digital technology within the automotive industry you.

Due to growth Mpeople are assisting inthe recruitment for a Customer Service Executive.

You will be based at the Blackburn site where you be rewarded with ongoing training, supportive colleagues and working for an award winning company, good location which is close to local transport links.

Salaryis £19,000 - £24,000 Dependant on experience, Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with 30 minutes for lunch.


Customer Service Executive Duties:

  • Contacting prospects clients to generate leads for all departments and booking appointments when required.
  • Contacting customers at regular intervals to ensure they remain happy with their vehicle and service they are receiving.
  • Internal and external call handling.
  • Nurturing existing and lapsed customers to promote full company services and products.
  • Identify opportunities to generate new business and where necessary book appointments for Sales Executives.
  • Responding to online live chat enquiries.
  • Follow up marketing campaigns and make market research calls.
  • Accurately logging and recording call details using internal CRM, online systems and spreadsheets as per company protocol.
  • Supporting other areas of the business with any other ad hoc office duties.

Customer Service Executive Requirements:


  • Previous experience within a customer service, telesales or telemarketing role required.
  • You will have strong customer service skillset, an exceptional telephone manner with a dedicated and enthusiastic approach to work.
Required excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail

  • Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given.
  • Required proficient in Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word outlook. You will be trained on internal CRMs but knowledge of Autoline CRM system would be advantageous.
