- Assist in the overall management of the venue, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences, including managing our Function business, which can hold banqueting dinners and weddings of up to 250 guests.
- Learn and implement best practices in hospitality management, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial administration.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for business growth and customer engagement.
- Oversee the planning and execution of special events and functions, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-up.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among team members, providing guidance and support as needed, including developing and training our current Management Team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in restaurant or event management.
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
