As a IT Technical Specialist your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.

  • Conducting IT support remotely or on site, supporting on installation, diagnostics, repairing and maintenance on IT Systems.
  • Upgrading all hardware equipment and ensure optimal performance for all users.
  • Coordinate onsite infrastructure projects under the direction of the IT Manager.
  • Perform analysis and diagnostics of problems, record and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide onsite & remote technical support for all IT issues.
  • Manage equipment inventory and keep administration of all equipment updates across multiple sites.
  • Research on the latest software's and new technology to support the business needs.
  • Support new starters and existing employers on IT best practices and training.
An exciting opportunity for a IT Technical Specialist with the following.

  • Previous experience working within an IT support role, offer support remotely or in person.
  • Strong technical IT knowledge, with the ability to problem solve, repair and maintain.
  • Confident with configuring and supporting PC's and mobile devices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktops, security software's and IT Devices
  • Positive thinking and selfmotivated individual with good communication skills.
