Musk Process Services is part of the Edwin James Group, a leading asset engineering group delivering integrated technical and process engineering and automation services for the built environment.

We currently have a number of opportunities for experiencedPipefitter/ Weldersto be based out of our manufacturing facility inSwadlincote and working on our various clients' sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate assembling, and installing of steel work, pipe work, pumps, valve pipeline ancillaries.
• Repairing malfunctions.
• Testing pipe systems to ensure safety and functionality.
• Performs inspections of systems to identify and replace worn parts.
• Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes.
• Follow engineering drawings and instructions for each job.
• Check dimensions and thicknesses of materials to be welded.
• Prepare and set out sections to be joined or repaired.
• Operate welding equipment
• An approved apprenticeship in Fab or welding required.

• Experience in Pipe Fitting
• Proficient in TIG Welding
• Hardworking and focused
• CSCS card or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in pipefitting within a manufacturing environment
• Capable of working from engineering drawings
• Happy to work in both a manufacturing and installation environment.
