    Job Summary
    Moog Aircraft Group is looking for an apprentice trained, experienced 5 Axis Milling Machinist to join the team at our facility based in Wolverhampton.

    Key Responsibilities
    CNC machining experience, able to set and run multiple machine / processes
    Experience of the setting and operating CNC 5 Axis Milling Work Centre's
    Proven knowledge & experience of Matsuura and DMG machines is preferred
    To be able to carry out own 1st off inspection and check/complete the necessary quality documentation

    Key Expertise
    A recognised engineering apprenticeship
    Previous experience of engineering / manufacturing role ideally within aerospace industry
    Good knowledge of machining techniques & appropriate tooling.
    Proven skills within a multi-axis / complex machining environment.
    Attention to detail & accuracy, and process improvement techniques
    Using the relevant inspection techniques / equipment to achieve drawing tolerance

    Security Clearance
    Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
