We are seeking a dedicated Housing Repair Officer to join our clients team.

The Officer will be responsible for inspecting Housing Association and Local Authorities, to assess the reported disrepair, and develop a solution· Previous experience in a similar role is required, with a strong undderstanding of Building Regs and Property Maintenance.

You will be working closely with Contractors, Surveyors, Housing Managers, and of course Tenants.

Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner

• Ensure all housing policies and procedures are followed
• Project management of works and quality control
• Recent experience of working in Local Authority or Housing Association within Housing Disrepairs
• Experience of working with Contractors, and a good general knowledge of Construction
• A thorough understanding of Building Regs
• Driving Licence
