Wates are looking for a Project Planner to join our Construction Team in the Yorkshire region, focussing on high profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Project Planners are a valuable part of our business, driving quality outcomes, enhancing buildability and fostering innovation. Project Planners will lead and manage the planning resources on projects from pre-qualification to completion.

As our Project Planner you will:

  • Produce and manage integrated target programmes and assist with the production of short-term programmes
  • Produce schedules and analyse quotes for all timerelated preliminaries
  • Create protocols and manage Supply Chain programme production, issue and acceptance
  • Instigate and monitor a suite of performance measurement criteria throughout a project's lifecycle, including Key Performance Indicators, milestone management and analysis of trends
