    About The RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through various outbound strategies.

    This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate high quality leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social sellingQualify inbound leads and respond to inquiries promptly and effectivelyResearch and identify potential clients within target markets and industriesDevelop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunitiesSet appointments for sales executives with qualified leadsCollaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads for further engagement and conversionUtilise CRM software to track prospect interactions and update lead statuses accuratelyProvide feedback to marketing and product teams to optimise lead generation strategies and improve targetingStay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growthRepresent the company at events, trade shows or exhibitionsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and opportunity creationContinuously refine and improve sales tactics and techniques through ongoing training and professional developmentParticipate in sales meetings and training sessions

    Required Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably in a business-to-business environmentDemonstrable understanding and track record of success in prospecting, lead generation, and qualificationStrong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositionsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapportSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate prospecting efforts across different time zonesA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be preferred but is not essential Sounds interesting?
