Develop and implement plans for learning and development across the business resulting in demonstrable business impact
Create a suite of eLearning modules for induction, training and competency and compliance
Create and implement apprenticeship, graduate, and intern programmes
Develop a modern and transparent approach to career progression, succession planning and mobility
Partner with operational and HR teams to enhance the existing Training and Competency programme
Highly experienced in the entire learning and development cycle

• Experience in Training and Competency preferably within the Energy industry
• Project management experience - the ability to take an idea from concept to completion whilst influencing senior stakeholders
