Responsibilities:

Provide First line coaching and training to Senior Operatives in order to ensure a high level of productivity and performance;
To prioritize At-Once orders that publish daily for same day shipment;
Ensure the system runs smoothly throughout the day, attending to any stoppages and/or crashes when required;
To liase with Recruitment Reps regarding weekly head count, staffing and any other issues that may arise;
To ensure Pick-Pack and VAS maintain adequate stock levels of all boxes and Sundries so continuous production can be maintained;
Making sure the Timesheets are correct and uploaded for all of the Distribution Centre Employees;
Be a people manager to your Direct Reports.

Required skills and competencies to consider before applying

Ideally a Senior Operative with Previous experience of working in Pick-Pack/VAS;
A high level of customer orientation;
Proven team leadership skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to collaborate and build internal and external partnerships;
Flexibility;
Initiative;
Good communication skills;
