Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Marketing Assistant with Jute Trading Ltd a wholesale retailer based in Elstree, Borehamwood.

Join their dynamic team and contribute to their mission of promoting eco-friendly practices through effective digital marketing strategies. Help them to inspire others to embrace sustainable alternatives and make a positive impact on our planet.

As a Digital Marketing Assistant at Jute Trading Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting our digital marketing efforts to promote our eco-friendly brands and drive online engagement.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will assist in implementing and executing various digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach our target audience.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Create and schedule engaging social media posts, monitor social media platforms, and engage with followers to build brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.
Assist in optimising website content and perform basic keyword research to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Monitor and analyse key digital marketing metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to help measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support the creation and editing of digital content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and website copy, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
Product photography and editing using Adobe Creative Suite.
Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
Stay informed about emerging digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).

Skills Required:

Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are preferable.
Graphic design skills are preferable.

Good timekeeping and organisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Creative mindset with a passion for ecofriendly and sustainable products.
Ability to work collaboratively.
