Description

This role involves managing 2 Property Managers, plus managing a personal portfolio of properties.

You will treat the teams portfolio of approx 500 properties as your own business and will be responsible for all maintenance, renewals, deposits, legal matters, re-lets, portfolio income and portfolio growth, whilst ensuring all SLAs are met.

You will also be responsible for the performance of your team, which will include undertaking training, coaching and 1-2-1s with your Property Managers.

Experience in a full 360 role is absolutely essential, ideally at a senior level, with people management experience, and with an ARLA qualification or working towards.

You must also have in depth knowledge of Section 21s and Section 8s, along with a strong understanding of relevant legislation.
