    Pay Scale – Main Pay Scale

    Due to the expansion of our successful and popular school, the Governors and Headteacher, wish to appoint an Early Years teacher. During our most recent Ofsted, our school was graded as 'Good'. However, the HMI inspector, the Local Authority and Bolton News have all recognised that our Early Years department is a school strength. Therefore, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational and resilient individual to work in partnership with the Headteacher, and wider team, to build on this.

    As an overview, we seek to appoint an individual who is able to model excellent practice. They will have excellent knowledge of the Early Years framework and will be able to demonstrate high quality interactions.

    If not an ECT, the individual will also take a role in developing, implementing and evaluating a subject across school which will help to develop them as a middle leader.

    We are looking for someone who:

    · Will always put the children at the heart of everything;

    · Has a passion and enthusiasm for developing our youngest children

    · Is a talented classroom practitioner, with strong subject knowledge;

    · Has experience of teaching in EYFS;

    · Is nurturing and forms strong relationships with children and parents;

    · Is able to work as part of our early years team and work collaboratively with external agencies and the wider community;

    · Has good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills;

    · Will uphold our strong school values
